General Notes:

• Sessions usually last for 1 hour, however, sessions are subject to change as per coach discretion, depending on coaching plan or players’ level & age.

• Play Day has no make-ups in case of cancellation. It can be replaced for a coaching session if needed as per coaching plan or in the event of practice cancellation during the week.

• (^) Fulfillment of activities such as Play Day, Performance Evaluation, Video Analysis, and Tournament Coaching are subject to change as per coaching plan, tournaments calendar & coaching availability.

• (*) Discounted Pricing are offered for players with valid and active Family Memberships only.

• (*) Discounted Pricing is not applicable on lessons given by Head Coach. Pricing on Lessons given by Head Coach may be subject to change.

CANCELLATION & ABSENCES POLICY

• For Group Lessons: there will be make-up option available ONLY within 30 days after cancelled lesson and ONLY when written cancelation from our staff is made (for example, in case of inclement weather), for any other type of absence or cancelation there will NOT be make-up option available.

• For Private or Semi-private Lessons only: Full amount paid may be credited toward a future lesson(s) if cancellation notice received at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before scheduled lesson will result in forfeiture of all fees.

• Absences without prior notification will NOT be allowed to be made up and will be considered as lesson fulfilled.

• Cancellations due to medical or unforeseen real emergencies will be handled on an individual basis depending upon the circumstances involved and timing of notification to our Staff.

• RAINY DAYS: In case of raining during a lesson, players will continue their lesson at indoor facilities if available and class structure may be modified to suit the facilities available. If indoor facilities are not available and more than half of the time of the lesson have been completed, the lesson will be considered as completed. If indoor facilities are not available and less than half of the time of the lesson have been completed, the remaining portion of the lesson will be made-up as per agreement between coach and parents/players.

  For Play Days session there is no makeup option available in case of rainy days, and these Play Days sessions can be used as make-up days of previous cancelled lessons.
