More than hours on the court
ALE Tennis Academy, 2024 USTA Florida Miami JTT Champions, is built for coaches who want to become exceptional coaches, and leaders.
Real pay, real bonuses
$25–$50+ an hour based on experience and performance, plus a bonus when the season goes well.
A path, not a ceiling
Start part time. Move into more hours, more responsibility, even a full time role, based on how you show up, not how long you've been here.
We train the trainers
Coaching methodology, leadership, communication. The academy pays for it, and it's built to make you better, not just busier.
You won't build this alone
Real feedback and direction from real leadership. Someone is actually watching your growth, not just your attendance.
Room to grow into
Pickleball, tournaments, camps, school partnerships, new locations. The academy keeps expanding, and so can your role in it.
Perks that reach home
Sponsored tennis and pickleball training for your immediate family too.
What you'll actually be doing
Great coaching is more than feeding balls. It's teaching, motivating, evaluating, and building relationships that keep players coming back.
-
Plan and run structured sessions built around each player's technical, tactical, physical, and competitive goals, following the ALE Progression Pathway.
-
Keep energy high, downtime low. Rally, feed, chase balls, reset courts. Whatever it takes to keep players moving.

Track player development and contribute to periodic evaluations and progress reports.
-
Communicate clearly with players and parents about progress, goals, and upcoming tournaments.
-
Show up early, every time. Courts and equipment ready 5–10 minutes before every class.
-
Collaborate with leadership and pitch in on new programs and events as ALE grows.
