What does ALE Academy means?

In a few words, the name of ALE stands for Athletes Leaders Education and in essence is a reminder of the 3 pillars of the business: Who we serve: Athletes, Who we are: Leaders, and What we do: Educate.

ALE Academy began as a project of a Venezuelan couple, in love with the Sport as much as each other. When they arrived at the United States in 2014, they brought with them more than 25 years of combined experience in the sport and a big desire to emerge in a new country for them. This great combination, together with disciplined teamwork, was the basis to give life to this project called ALE Academy, a School dedicated to Train Athletes and Educate Leaders through the Sport.

After long years of training as high-performance athletes, they studied and perfected cutting-edge methodologies for the development of athletes from an early age.

Since its inception, ALE Academy has been committed to Train Leader-Athletes using innovative techniques and methodologies that develop all the necessary skills to be a champion in the sport.

ALE Academy promotes several training programs ranging from programs for those children who are just beginning to develop their psychomotor skills to programs for high performance athletes and adults who seek to optimize their performance and enjoy the benefits of sport for years.

ALE Academy works closely with the community and recognized important institutions, such as the United States Tennis Association (USTA), to provide the best opportunities in the sport for all those who are seeking them.
